Shunga Trail Maintenance

The FPC cycling group is adopting an area of the trail near the 21st street underpass as a way of honoring Dr. Bob Jacoby, who was a member of the group. The group invites you to join us at 8:00 a.m., July 11, 2020, to cleanup, trim and participate in other trail maintenance on the Shunga Trail. The group will be maintaining the area of the trail near the 21st street underpass (directly south of the Stormont Vail Events Center). Drinks and refreshments will be provided as we work.

To join us, simply pre-register by calling the church office at 785-233-9601. All volunteers are required to complete a Shawnee County Parks Volunteer Waiver and Release form, which is available in the office.
