Join us for Faith & Flour on May 8 as we make Stroopwafel cookies! Stroopwafel is a Dutch cookie make from a yeast dough, baked on a cookie iron, with a rich caramel filling. The Dutch eat them with a cup of coffee, placing the cookie on the rim of the cup, to warm the caramel before eating. This recipe is so easy, taking maybe a couple of hours to make, bake and fill.
