WU Brass Concert – Faculty Brass Quintet and Honors Brass Quintet

Join the Washburn University Faculty Brass Quintet with the Honors Brass Quintet in Concert on Tuesday, December 7, at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church of Topeka. This free, family-friendly concert will be a mix of holiday favorites and beautiful brass quintet music, including songs from West Side Story. This event is sponsored by the Washburn University Music Department and face masks are required for attendees. Featuring: Dr. Alberto Racanati – trumpet, Professor of Trumpet; Dr. J. Thomas Seddon IV – trumpet, Director of Bands; Dr. Nicole Deuvall – horn, Professor of Horn; Andrew Anderson – trombone; and Joseph Lefevre – tuba professor, Principal Tuba – Kansas City Symphony.
